Yujie Wang
Researcher
Dr. Yujie Wang is Associate Professor and Deputy-director of the Islamic Department at Institute of World Religions, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Previously she was a Visiting Researcher at the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University (2009-2010). Her research field includes Islam in China and Shi'a Islam. She is the author of A Short History of Islam in Iran (Chinese), and co-author of Religions and Society in Contemporary China (Chinese).
