A Poster with Blue and Yellow accents of the Gaza Lecture series (Spring 2025)

This Spring, the Alwaleed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding, in partnership with the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, the African Studies Program, the Department of Theology and Religious Studies, and Georgetown University Qatar, proudly continue the vital Gaza Lecture Series with world-renowned experts focused on the genocide in Gaza. Topics will include reflections on Palestinian anticolonial thought and liberation, holding abusive governments to account in the international system, the genocide’s impacts on Palestinians, and Jewish identity after Gaza’s destruction. These events will be both in-person and online with more information shared as the semester gets underway. Speakers will include distinguished scholars, human rights leaders, and noted public intellectuals.
